lerouge: (Second Intention)

A desert dweller for most of his life, he could potentially have argued his case. Could have tried to spin it as fact, that he was used to warmer climes and the bitter sting of the Garlean weather still slipped in just enough. But that chance wouldn't be afforded to him, Tseng left that bait untouched. Not that he truly believed he could have used logic so well that it'd afford him even an ounce of dignity.

It would have been better than begging, but it seemed begging would be all he'd be left with. He moved to wrap his arms around himself, watching as the sheer garment was stowed away, debating furiously with himself if he should press the matter. What had he left to lose now by doing so anyway? Saying nothing would guarantee he'd be left bare. Saying something offered a chance, if nothing else... It was a gamble he was willing to take. Recklessness wouldn't be so easily ground out of him.

"Smallclothes, if nothing else, please. If you cannot find it in yourself to afford me anything more concealing, then at least this."
