And there was Wade, looping a hand under his waist to carefully,

, haul him back up and just.... hold him up.
"Hey, there's a bench a few feet to the left, if you need a moment."
One would think it'd be
obvious
that the other man needed a moment. Probably several moments all strung together.
But
Wade
wasn't about to make that choice for him.
